Rumors about laws against talking on the phone while driving

A new e-mail was circulating that sent some cell phone users and motorists into a panic. Talking on the phone while driving is part of the US lifestyle, but a circulating e-mail said it could be illegal without a special device. The e-mail said cell phone use must be hands-free while driving or the driver will receive a $285 ticket.

When the e-mail was traced to the beginning, the originator said she had been hacked. This is a form of terrorist, when you receive this type of information, contact your cell phone company or consult the news. This type of rumors works for criminals.
