Now you can add guided tours to your gadgets

Modern technology lets you do just about anything on your cell phone - take photos; send e-mails and even instant message. Now you can add guided tours to that list.

For the first time The Millard Sheets Center for the Arts at the Fairplex is offering self-guided audio tours on cell phones or MP3 players, such as iPods, giving visitors a more in-depth perspective on the renowned artist. Any time visitors come across a painting with a cell phone symbol and number; they can dial the number and listen to the audio track. Or they can download the tracks at home and bring their listening device to the gallery with them. In all, there are 30 audio tracks available. The tracks average three minutes.
