O Premium Waters

There are several varieties of bottled water, including: artesian water, mineral water, sparkling water, spring water, well water, o premium waters and purified water. A specific definition for each term has been proposed as part of new, additional regulations being considered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

However, bottled water might be in distribution for several weeks, and storage conditions, especially temperature, are important for maintaining quality. In terms of bacteria content, it is questionable as to whether bottled water is better than most municipal tap water. This is the reason for you must take care choosing your bottled water company. It is preferable to work with well know and regulated corporations like O Premium Waters.

Samsung SGH-E210

Samsung brought with the release of SGH-E210 just another mobile phone that relies mostly on its appearance and less on performances to impress. The handset looks more like a well polished shiny pebble than a communication device and the specification list shows just about the same. It has a highly elegant design and that's its peak. If it mattered only how it looks on the outside, Samsung SGH-E210 would be close to perfection. Still, the clamshell is bound to disappoint once opened and used at full potential.

The phone has been announced back in August, this year, and is now out on the market for the price of USD 200. For a mid ranged device such as this one, it's a pretty high cost, although it is fashionable enough to be fully worth it for some people.

At this chapter, Samsung SGH-E210 will get all the credit. Its producer planned it more as a stylish accessory than as a mobile phone and the intention becomes obvious when looking at it. First impression matters a great deal and that's exactly what the manufacturer is counting on to get this device sold. The phone comes in two color versions, a gray one that looks incredibly elegant and a strong and fresh blue one that will manage to stand out in a more modern, but slightly less tasteful way.

Wireless 411 Privacy Act

Three U.S. senators are pushing a bill to protect more than 250 million consumers from having their cell phone numbers listed in a 411 directory similar to directories available for residential phone numbers. Prospects of a cellular phone directory have raised fears about a flood of telemarketing via wireless calls and text messaging. While the Federal Communications Commission says those fears are unfounded, there are other privacy concerns at stake.

The wireless industry says it has no intention of creating such a directory, although it once did plan to do so. But the bipartisan authors of the Wireless 411 Privacy Act say they don’t want to take any chances, and they note that numbers are already available in at least one online directory service that has 90 million cell phone records.

Beware virus hoaxes

Considering the speed with which messages can be copied and sent via e-mail on the Internet, pranksters love to spread phony warnings just to upset as many people as they can. Virus hoaxes such as the Good Times virus tell people that if they open their e-mail, their hard drives will be erased or some such catastrophe will occur.

Another popular hoax is to send an e-mail message to Windows users telling them that a particular file has been downloaded into their computers along with instructions explaining how to delete it. Such files are actually valid Windows components, such as SULFNBK.EXE and JDBGMGR.EXE, which may be required and must be reinstalled.

Asus P526

The Taiwanese electronic devices manufacturer Asus has proved to be a serious contender on the Pocket PCs market. In terms of performance, its devices make little room for improvements and starting with the P525 model, the usability features have also benefited from a serious boost. Although the P526 is not the direct successor of the P525, it offers a similar design, with the same numeric phone keypad first introduced by Asus in the P525. Belonging to the middle-class range of Pocket PCs, the P526 comes with an integrated GPS receiver and runs on Microsoft's latest version of its operating system, Windows Mobile 6 Professional.

Also known under the Pegasus codename, the P526 was launched in June 2007 and is now available for purchase for a price of about $640.
The first thing to notice about the P526 is that it looks like a smartphone, including a number keypad similar to that found in ordinary phones. Furthermore, its size (58x110x15.4 mm) and weight seem to suggest this. But even with these dimensions and even though the device is very light, weighing as little as 115 grams, make no mistake, the P526 is a fully featured Pocket PC.

GreenEyes desktop videophone

UK company GreenEyes has launched a desktop videophone which it claims is the most affordable way to achieve "eye-to-eye" communication in real-time. The drawback of conventional desktop videoconferencing systems is that they lack the ability to achieve smooth eye contact in real-time conditions because the camera and the viewed image are physically separate from one another, as in a webcam setup.

This creates an unnatural disjunction, where the viewer is always looking not at the camera itself, but at the image of the other person, which hampers its usefulness as a tool for high-quality communication. The Eye Catcher 3.5 solves this problem by reflecting the image of the person being called onto a mirror screen, behind which lies the camera lens at eye-height. This means that the user is always looking directly at the person to whom they are speaking.

Online casino

Gambling online is an advantage and definitely makes more sense. Not only do you have access to the online casino 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but you can also gamble in your pajamas. And once you have reached your predetermined goal of winnings, it is always better to quit playing and sign out from the casino site.

If you’re a non-smoker, you can have a smoke free environment to enjoy yourself in. Since there are no time constraints you can research how to play a hand you’re unsure about, unlike a land casino where time is always an issue and it’s illegal to use electronic devices to help you.

While sitting at home and gambling online, you consume alcohol on your own wish, drinking less or in your limits and you also don't have anyone luring you to drink more. Also, most of the players can keep a tab on their playing time limit, as most of them use windows and can have a look at the time being displayed in the task bar, on their computer screens, or can keep looking at the wall clock in their room.

Sony Ericsson T650i

There has been a lot of talk on the mobile phone market from the moment Sony Ericsson T650i has been launched. The main reason for all this talk is the high SAR value featured by the "incriminated" device – 1.80 W/kg. This erases any chance for the phone to be approved in the USA and Canada, because of the 1.6 W/kg limit. Furthermore, the fact that Sony Ericsson didn't bother to make it quad-band network compatible suggests that they knew from the start that the phone will have such a high radiation level. Nevertheless, in Europe, the accepted SAR value is 2.0 W/kg and users may think twice before buying this device. Are they going to accept this high radiation level for such a good looking phone, or health comes first? There's certainly more cancerous stuff out there that people don’t really care about, so why should we bother now? Let's remember that the phone is still within the legal limit of radiation in Europe, Asia and Australia where most buyers come from, which means that Sony Ericsson will not be hurt too much by the restriction on the USA and Canada market (if any).

Sony Ericsson T650i was announced in May 2007 and has been launched on the market at the end of August 2007. The handset can be acquired in three different color versions, Growing Green, Midnight Blue and Eclipse Black, for a hefty price of almost USD 500$.

Bluepulse

Bluepulse announced that its free mobile social messenger platform has been enhanced with new features. The additions are private and public groups, and an auto-login feature. Bluepulse is a combination between social networking and instant messaging. With Bluepulse, users can build a profile, invite friends to join in, send messages to friends, share pictures and video, all from their mobile. All incoming messages and updates are received in a single inbox and all messages can be sent from a single screen.

The newly added private groups allow users to keep in touch with a specific group. Once users have created a group, they simply type the group name into Bluepulse and are able to message the entire group, and hear back from them, with all messages coming into one inbox. Users can join private groups by invitation only, as they are not listed anywhere on Bluepulse. Public groups let any user connect with other users who share similar interests. Once a user has joined a public group, he is able to see all messages that have been sent to the group and can message everyone in that group. The new groups functionality can be accessed by logging in to Bluepulse, selecting friends and then going to groups.

Samsung M610

Samsung is back-tracking from time to time – but more often lately – to the beginning of the mobile industry, just to deliver us some of the basic phones that we used to have 4-5 years ago. Samsung M610 is such a device that offers standard functionality at a very reasonable price. Bearing the same slider form signature that resemble the highly-addictive U600 and D900 'uber-phones', Samsung's M610 handset has a noticeable target, those with low budgets. Still, do not think that this phone it's all about looks, as it embeds all functions a more evolved phone includes these days, only not to such a high standards. Obviously, M610 is not a new phone by its look or features, and doesn't come up with any innovations, but it's really a cheap, pretty nice phone.

The phone has been announced in October 2007 and made available one month later, in November. You'll be surprised, but the phone costs no more than $200 USD, even less if you opt for a contract (some carriers are offering it for free).

If you are a Samsung fan, than you will be happy with M610's looks. The handset features the standard slider form specific to the majority of Samsung's sliders. Obviously this isn't bad, but that actually makes the phone a little bit 'dull' in terms of design. Still, what saves it is the low price that it is offered with. While not the sleekest slider on the market, the handset measures (99 x 45 x 17.5 mm) and weight (90 grams, battery included) marks it as a small device compared with other low-end handsets in its class (see Nokia 6085).

Cell Phone Safety

Cell phone use is a common cause of accidents while driving. In some states, it's illegal for a driver to
use a cell phone without a hands-free device.

The University of Texas at San Antonio Police Department offers these safety suggestions to help reduce
accidents caused by cell phone use:

* Use a hands-free accessory whenever possible.
* Don't risk an accident trying to reach your phone. Store it in an accessible place, but don't answer
it if you can't reach for it safely.

* Memorize your keypad, speed dial and other functions so that you can pay attention to the road
while using your phone.

* Don't talk on your phone while driving through construction zones, heavy traffic, bad weather or
other situations that require your full attention.

* Plan your calls around your trip. Call once you're safely in your lane on the interstate, rather than
making a call as you're trying to merge into traffic.

Blog advertising

Smorty is a newer service I got in on from another online community I'm a member of. I got onboard, bought a bunch of links, and am dang happy with what I got for the money. I also learned that when left to themselves bloggers seem to link to your site with your domain rather than fancy keywords. Interesting and made me wonder if I shouldn't be focusing a bit more on that type of link text. If you love to blog for money take a look on Smorty. You can also write reviews in exchange of money.

Top 5 VoIP Threat Predictions for 2008

First and foremost, as enterprises deploy SIP Trunks and UC for the
mobile workspace, denial of service (DoS) and distributed DoS attacks
on VoIP networks will become an increasingly important issue.

HTTP or other third party data services running on VoIP end-points will
be exploited for eavesdropping and other attacks.

The hacking community, experienced with exploiting the vulnerabilities
in other Microsoft offerings, will turn its attention and tools towards
Microsoft OCS - taking advantage of its UC connections to public IMs,

email addresses and buddy lists to create botnets and launch attacks.
As well, enterprise federation for OCS, a major productivity and
business process enabler, will be a source of greater VoIP security
risk since it exposes once closed networks to the risks found in other
federations.

Hackers will set up more IP PBXs for vishing/phishing exploits. Vishing
bank accounts will accelerate, due to ease of exploit and the appeal of
"easy money."

VoIP attacks against service providers will escalate, using readily
available, anonymous $20 SIM cards. With UMA becoming more widely
deployed, service providers are, for the first time, allowing
subscribers to have direct access to mobile core networks over IP,
making it easier to spoof identities and use illegal accounts to launch
a variety of attacks.

Qtopia stack

Trolltech has announced a new spin on its Qtopia software stack for Linux-based devices.
The as-yet unnamed Qtopia stack has a nifty unified messaging application stack acquired with Fonav,
and will be supported initially by a VoIP, IM, and email-enabled kitchen communication center reference
design from semiconductor giant Broadcom.

Trolltech's new Qtopia stack uses a unified messaging application stack acquired with Trolltech's June
acquisition of Fonav. A vendor of Linux-based unified messaging software, Fonav originally wrote its
stack atop Qtopia, and former Fonav CEO Ram Fish now serves as Trolltech's GM of VoIP. The
Fonav-supplied stack is said to provide a highly unified inbox, with a single interface handling a variety
of standards-based communications protocols, including:

* Integrated SIP (session initiation protocol) VoIP messaging
* Jabber (XMPP) for instant messaging
* POP3 and IMAP email
* Presence-based address book aimed at letting users control how and when they reach others,
and are themselves reachable

Low APR Credit Cards

Years ago it was easy. You wanted a credit card with good rewards and you got one. Millions of consumers became fully fledged "rate tarts" as they rode the wave of credit card deals that swept the country as interest rates sank to historically low levels.

But now rates are high again and good Low APR Credit Cards deals look like a thing of the past. However there are some companies with great deals yet. The trick is to explore new offers to take advantage of this competitive market.

Banks are continuously searching for new customers and you can find great opportunities if you are informed. Surf sites like CreditCardSearchEngine.com to make a wide offers comparison.

Nokia 7900 review

Nokia 7900 Prism handset has been announced in August 2007, but has been made available later than the first model of the series (Nokia 7500), in November 2007. The phone can be purchased for about 550 USD, but that may vary greatly depending on the location. At first glance, Nokia 7900 Prism looks very odd, especially if you're only looking at its picture and don't have it in your hands. Its keypad may seem very hard to use for texting because the keys have a triangular form and have little space in between. I was very skeptical before actually receiving the handset for review.

My opinion has been turned 180 degrees the moment I managed to keep the phone in my hand. If you by any chance had the opportunity to own or use the 7500 model, then you will be surprised to find that Nokia 7900 looks much better. The plastic used doesn't give you the impression of cheap because it's glossy and very well polished. The candy-bar form has been cut straight upward, while the base of the phone kept the same style as its predecessor (Nokia 7500). The black version of the handset looks more like a chocolate bar and that can't be wrong, but I understand that Nokia intends to launch a brown color version also.

Knowing that Nokia 7900 includes more advanced features than its 7500 brother, I thought it will obviously be bigger and bulkier. I was partly wrong because while Nokia 7900 is bigger (112 x 45 mm), it is surprisingly slimmer than the 7500 model with only 11.3 mm rather than 14 mm. Anyway it seems that the 3G technology included also made the 7900 Prism handset heavier (101 grams including battery rather than 83 grams).

Zoo ring tones

Imagine the contact calls of the National Zoo’s giant pandas alerting you to an incoming call on your cell phone. Or the roar of Soyono, the Sumatran tiger, or the snarls of Luke, the African lion. These are just some of the wonderful wildlife sounds offered at the National Zoo's ringtone store, the only place where your purchase of animal ringtones for your cell phone supports the National Zoo.

The zoo will continue to add ring tones throughout 2008 and encourage you to get some ringtones today—a purring cheetah for calls from Mom? A braying Grevy’s zebra for calls from Dad?—and come back later. Sample the wild sounds, check your phone compatibility, and make your purchase. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Zoo; we will receive 40 percent of the proceeds from purchases of Zoo animals’ sounds, and 25 percent for sounds from the wild. This store, a collaboration between Conservation Calling and Friends of the National Zoo, is not a subscription service; there are no hidden charges or fees. Each ringtone is a one-time purchase.

US gold coins

There is an increasingly wide range of methods available to investors wanting to buy gold, or gain exposure to gold price movements. From gold coins to complex structured financial products, the most appropriate way will depend on the requirements and outlook of the individual investor.

My reasoning for my interest in gold coins is a little unique. I've tried to avoid the cliché stories about gold and gold coins. They're the easy stories to tell you. I'm avoiding them because, quite frankly, the easy stories gold bugs sell you are not the reason I'm buying.

I buy us gold coins because, first of all, I believe that gold is cheap. Gold is a financial catastrophe insurance. And we haven't had a financial catastrophe in the U.S. in 25 years. I'm not predicting financial catastrophe, here. I'm simply buying catastrophe insurance, when it's at its cheapest.

Systems to protect your files and folders

New forms of smarter malware ready to penetrate your system's security are developed every day, that is a fact. But new protection alternatives are developed as well (although at a slower pace) and this is a fact, too. The truth is that users are always in need of new intelligent system protection mechanisms to protect sensitive data from being diverted to a remote server somewhere in the world. Malware in general has come to use intelligent ways to enter your system and surreptitiously do their bidding. In most cases their activity results in bringing your computer to a halt as system files are affected or ends up in sending sensitive information collected from your computer to a remote party.

Restricting the access to some files and folders generally increases the protection of the entire system and renders malware harmless. System Protect is one of the fighters using this weapon for guarding your most precious data from being deleted. The application is not at all expensive as it is a genuine freeware that can be used both in a corporate environment as well as in the confinements of your home with absolutely no restriction. It comes with a clean cut and very easy to use interface, with all its menus running down in the left hand part of the application. The learning curve is as smooth as can be and it will take you much under a minute to get the hang of it and how it can be used. Maybe that's the reason for the lack of a proper help menu and only the FAQ section on publisher's website will suffice to answer all your questions. The purpose of System Protect is not limited to preventing unwanted deletion of system files as it is perfectly capable of putting a lock to deleting user-defined files and folders. The first panel appearing immediately after launching the app displays the general protection status enforced by System Protect: protection mode, number of custom protection items and if the password protection of the application is on.
